Belinda Welensky is a registered estate agent in the suburb of Sandton in Johannesburg, South Africa. She qualilied as a realtor in 1995 and has run her own business since 1996. She is actively engaged in the marketing of sales and rentals of free standing homes and sectional title units. Her buisness, whilst small, entitles her to the freedom of decission making for her future.
Helping other is a way of life for Belinda. She wrote her first ebook in 2004 which was to assist the general public in how to let their property. Her year of experiance is incorporated into Letting Your Property. In simple terms the user learns about the proceedures and laws that need to be followed and how to avoid the many pitfalls related to the leasing of property.
With the introduction of the new real estate qualification introducted in South Africa in 2007, whilst it was not necessary to do so, she enrolled and passed the NQF 4 which is at realtor level, as a matter of understanding the need for a higher standard of agent. In doing so she realised that such qualifications were not easlily understood by many. With this in mind Belinda qualified as an Assessor with Services SETA in 2010. She has now developed 11 little booklets to explain what is required to get them through the modules that Services SETA required.
